"Can We Surrender?" (Mijas, Spain, 2022)
This piece was created inside a new collection full of colour, in a transitional moment, where I needed to create light from anywhere I could. “Can We Surrender?” represents how tired I was of trying to understand what was going on, how could I have done it better… I was going mad because of my thoughts, day and night, even during dreams, trying to fix what nobody told me to fix but my logical side of my brain. It was exhausting and I decided right there that I will surrender, I will try not to understand things anymore, that day or in the future, many things happen and nobody really has an answer of the why, so why would I keep torturing myself paying as a price my sanity? My mantra started to be to let things flow naturally, do not force anything, everything will show its face eventually. Peace visits me more often since then.
It is perfect for any space that you prefer in your home or give it aways as a gift to a loved one. Its happy colours will bring you positivity and clarity to your daily routine.
